1. General Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any service of the fe333 platform, you are considered to have fully read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use any service of fe333.

These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between fe333 and the user. In the event of any dispute, this document will be considered the final reference.

1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" refers to fe333's website, all pages and services.
• "User" / "Member" refers to any individual holding a registered account.
• "Balance" refers to funds deposited in an account.
• "Bonus" refers to any incentive funds or benefits provided by fe333.
• "Wagering" / "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total amount that must be wagered before a bonus can be withdrawn.

1.2 Applicable Territory

fe333 primarily provides services to Bangladeshi players. Using the platform from a country where online gaming is prohibited is entirely the user's own responsibility. It is each user's responsibility to know and comply with the laws of their own country or region.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

To create an account on fe333, the following conditions must be met:

• The user must be at least 21 years of age.
• Each individual may create only one account.
• All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate and up to date.
• Account passwords and login details must be kept confidential and sharing them with third parties is prohibited.

2.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

fe333 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. A national identity card (NID) or other acceptable government document may be requested for verification. fe333 reserves the right to suspend the withdrawal process until proper verification has been completed.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Operating multiple accounts from the same individual, household, device or IP address is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be closed and any bonus funds will be forfeited.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

The following payment methods may be used to deposit funds on fe333: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and other major Bangladeshi banks).

The deposit process is generally instant. Depositing via a third-party account is prohibited — the source of the deposit must be the user's own registered payment account.

3.2 Withdrawals

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• The withdrawal process is generally completed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the user's own verified account.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at fe333 will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer must be used within a specified period.
• Claiming bonuses through fraudulent means or via multiple accounts is prohibited.
• fe333 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer.
• If a bonus is cancelled, any winnings earned from that bonus will also be considered void.
• The welcome bonus applies only to the first deposit; the same member cannot claim it a second time.

5. Game Rules

Various types of games are available on fe333 — slots, casino table games, crash games and sports betting. Each game has its own rules, which are described within the game itself.

5.1 Finality of Results

The game result determined by fe333's server is final. If an incorrect result is displayed due to a technical error, it will be corrected according to the server log. No complaints against such corrections will be accepted.

5.2 Technical Issues

fe333 is not liable for interruptions to gameplay caused by connection loss, power outage or device issues. Information stored in the server log will be considered authoritative.

5.3 Sports Betting

The odds and rules set by fe333 apply to sports betting. In the event of a match being cancelled or postponed, fe333's decision regarding the relevant bet is final. Bets cannot be changed or cancelled after a match has started.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fe333 platform:

• Illegal money laundering or suspicious financial transactions.
• Using bots, automated software or any unfair technological advantage.
• Abusing the bonus system or claiming bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Interfering with the platform's security systems or attempting to hack.
• Fraudulent collusion with other members.
• Operating an account using a fake identity or someone else's identity.
• Exploiting technical glitches to gain an unfair advantage.

7. Account Closure and Suspension

7.1 fe333's Rights

fe333 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time, for any reason and without prior notice. This action may be taken in particular in cases of violation of the terms and conditions.

7.2 Closure at User Request

If a user wishes to voluntarily close their account, they may email [email protected]. The opportunity to withdraw any valid balance will be provided before the account is closed; however, any bonus for which wagering requirements have not been met will be considered forfeited.

7.3 Inactive Accounts

If there is no login or activity for an extended period (the specific duration as determined by fe333), the account will be considered inactive. Bonuses on inactive accounts may expire.

8. Privacy and Data Protection
